The Las Vegas Sun is one of two daily newspapers in the Las Vegas Valley. It was formed by Hank Greenspun over 60 years ago. The Sun won a Pulitzer Prize in 2009 and was the first media organization in the world to win the top awards in all three journalism areas: print, online, and broadcast.

Reno, Nevada Area Newspapers
The primary newspaper in Reno, Nevada, the Reno Gazette-Journal was founded in 1983 when the Nevada State Journal and Reno Evening Gazette merged. The Gazette-Journal has won numerous awards including the Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Writing.

The Humboldt Sun is part of the Nevada News Group and is the community paper of Winnemucca, Nevada. It was created in 1870 as a paper called the Silver State. Today, it’s published once a week on Wednesday and has an estimated readership of 3,800.
